Shipping and Returns
Please fill out form on right side of the screen to submit a request for Return Authorization Number. Please put RA number on the outside of the box you are shipping your item back in. If the number is not on the outside of the box and legible, we will refuse the package.
- Merchandise must be returned within 14 days of delivery date
- Must be unworn, unwashed, and must have all tags attached
- At this time, we do not provide return labels and it is customers obligation to pay shipping costs for returning the merchandise. Please note on returns for exchange to different size or color, the purchaser is responsible for the shipping charges.
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
- Please allow up to 10 working business days for the return to be processed (We suggest a return tracking number so you know exactly when it's back in our facility)
- At this time, all sale merchandise (Including orders using discount codes and any merchandise marked down) can and will be only returned for store credit. No Exceptions.
- Damaged items, incorrect items, or missing items must be reported within 24 hours of receiving your merchandise.
- Following Designers can only be returned for store credit only: Nicole Bakti / Baccio Couture / Jovani / Czarina
- Any custom order requests are Final Sale.
- Swimwear and Intimates such as Underwear, Bras and Lingerie are not eligible for refund, exchange or store credit.
- Effective 1/1/2017 All Lady Couture Shoes are Final Sale, cannot be returned or exchanged for different size
An order may only be cancelled within 24 hours after the order has been submitted. Cancelation request has to be submitted via e-mail, please submit request to email@example.com
If cancelation request comes in after, there will be 25% restocking fee applied to the refund. No Exceptions
Special orders CANNOT be cancelled under any circumstance after an order is placed and cannot be returned. No Exceptions
